By registering, you agree to the following. The rules may be changed without prior notice to registered users(also known as 'Members' collectively). It is the responsibility of the user(Member) to follow the most recent rules(also known as "Terms of Service"). You may ask the administration for the rules at any time.
By registering, you agree that you are the age of 12 years or older. You also agree to follow copyright laws in which Alert Games and Members(including posts, personal messages, signatures, etc.) have rights to, along with any other media under copyright laws when posting to this site. Any illegal activities will not be tolerated on Alert Games. Porn, excessive violence(or aggression), and discrimination is also not tolerated on Alert Games. All work found on Alert Games is under copyright laws and is owned by Alert Games or the author respectively, unless stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, website design and appearance, images owned by Alert Games, and games that are owned by Alert Games. Media not owned by Alert Games that the owner has consented to be posted on this site is the responsibility of the owner.
Spamming, excessive swearing, etc. may yeild a warning, and possibly a ban. Impersonating a staff member, a staff position, or another member may also result in a similar punishment. Furthermore, please only post information to the website in English. Alert Games also holds the right to delete your account and/or all of the posts or other forms of work posted onto the site without prior notification. Although we have the right to do so without any reason at all, it should only happen when you are abusing the rules. You are only allowed to register and use one account on Alert Games. Your account and other accounts you may have will be banned or deleted upon notice of the violation. Respect other members, and you will get respect back.
When submitting media to Alert Games such as a game, music, or other media, we have the right to keep the media on the website for however long, or remove it at anytime(unless stated otherwise by an agreement). When on the site, Alert Games will not claim your work as our own. However, you are responsible for any damage, theft, or other issues with your own media.
You also acknowledge by joining and participating with the Alert Games website, that Alert Games may not always be able to control content submitted by other users immediately, especially with multiplayer gaming. This is not Alert Games' responsibility, but you may report any behavior that is against the rules so that we may attempt to handle the situation as soon as possible.
Failure to follow the Terms of Service will result in being banned from Member status, or even any access on the site. Administrators reserve the right to ban or delete your account from the site for any, or no reason at all. Please just follow the rules and have fun ;)
